Submissions:
FIN 1 – Event sustainability
– split into two parts:
First part supported, second not supported!

MANCOM 1 – DIVISIONS AT DOUBLE HANDED CHAMPIONSHIPS
– Change from corinthian class to best men, women & mixed divisions.
Supported as presented

MANCOM 2 – CLASSES AT DOUBLE HANDED CHAMPIONSHIPS
&
SWE 3 – CLASS SPLITS AT DH CHAMPIONSHIPS
– Discusssions about the different aspects and general agreement on class splits according to APH rather than CDL as well as minimum number of boats being 10 instead of 14.
The big point was whether to allow dynamic class splits or not.

Arguments were mainly around the benefits of having class splits or not at all, regarding doublehanded and fully crewed championships.

MANCOM 2 supported regarding APH and regarding sizes but deferred the fixing of the class bands with the exception of the championships for 2025 which are already in the NoRs.
SWE 3 supported with the same exception.

MANCOM 3 – ORC INTERNATIONAL FOR SPORTBOAT CHAMPIONSHIPS
– Supported

SWE 6 – GROUPING OF BOATS OF DIFFERENT CLASSES AT ORC CHAMPIONSHIPS
– Not supported as written but partially supported regarded prizing to class.

USA 5 – Flexibility for ORC Continental championship events
Supported in principle but no written example of a written green book example ready yet.
